About Wallbox EV chargers
The Pulsar Plus by Wallbox is a compact EV charger for Level 2 EV charging at home. Pulsar Plus is compatible with all EVs, including Teslas with a J1772 adapter. You can charge more than one EV at a time with the power-sharing feature by connecting multiple Pulsar Plus chargers. Remotely control and manage charging sessions by connecting to the myWallbox app with Wi-Fi or Bluetooth. The app provides scheduling features, real-time statistics, and notifications about charging sessions.
The Pulsar Plus is dust and water-resistant for indoor or outdoor use and comes with the industry’s standard three-year warranty. Installation by a professional electrician or Wallbox-certified installer is recommended. There are two buying options with adjustable capacity for the Pulsar Plus, including an option for up to 40 amps or up to 48 amps. Both require a NEMA 14-50 or hardwire connection. The 48 amp option is designed for faster home charging for newer EV models, like the Ford Mustang Mach-E.
How much does the Wallbox EV charger cost?
The Pulsar Plus from Wallbox costs $649 for the 40 amps option and $699 for the 48 amps option. The difference between the two is the level of amps, also known as power output. Higher power output means faster charging. The price of the chargers does not include any home installation fees, which vary based on location and installer. Purchase the Pulsar Plus today on Amazon.

Wallbox Eco-Smart Solar EV Charging
A unique feature of the Wallbox Pular Plus is Eco-Smart Solar EV Charging. This feature means the green energy powering your home through solar panels or wind energy can also charge your EV. There are two modes to choose from, including Eco Mode, a mix of energy from the grid and green energy, or Full-Green Mode, which uses solely green energy. Select your preference in the myWallbox app. Change your selection at any time and disable Eco-Smart to only use power from the grid.
Installing a Wallbox home EV charger will help you get more from your solar energy system. If you have a grid-tied system or time-of-use energy plan, you can save money with the scheduling feature by charging your EV during off-peak hours. Installing a green energy source is not a requirement for the Pulsar Plus. The home EV charger can be used with power solely from the grid.
