Georgia Natural Gas: A Natural Gas Marketer
Georgia Natural Gas, also known as GNG, is headquartered in Atlanta and provides natural gas to nearly half a million residential and commercial consumers in Georgia.
GNG gas plans include a Georgia Natural Gas Guaranteed Bill for customers. With this plan, customers will get the same bill for 12 months. GNG’s Guaranteed Bill differs from a budget billing plan, which usually requires a payment or refund at the end of the year. The Guaranteed Bill plan offers a flat bill amount based on previous gas usage, specific to each home. Energy consumers can also earn miles with Delta when paying their gas bill or benefit from GNG’s referral program.

How to pay your Georgia Natural Gas rates
GNG offers a variety of payment options so consumers can easily pay their bill. Customers can pay online, in-person or over the phone. Paying online can be fast and save money on postage costs and may take up to two days to process. In order to participate in online bill pay, customers need to have a copy of their bill so they can register their account.
Customers can also pay their bill at select Walmart or Kmart stores and Western Union payment stations. This payment method requires a processing fee and could take up to two days to process.
Customers can also sign up for automatic bank drafts. Instead of making individual monthly payments, GNG withdraws the necessary funds from a designated bank account. The drafts occur on or close to the due date on the bill.
