What is a fixed-rate plan?

A fixed-rate energy plan guarantees that you’ll have set supply rates for your entire contract. That rate can’t increase as the market fluctuates until your contract ends.

What is a variable-rate plan?

A variable-rate energy plan is one where the price can vary from month-to-month. Customers are susceptible to changes in the market prices.

Who do I call if there’s an outage?

Customers experiencing a power outage should contact their utility company to have the issue resolved.

What happens if I move?

Customers don’t have to pay an early termination fee if they move. Customers moving within the service area can sign up for a new contract with the same provider. Customers leaving their current service area can sign up for a new company with new company with no penalty.
